With 14 years of experience in healthcare and a professional background in nursing, I now work as a Certified ADHD coach, educator, and consultant across Aotearoa New Zealand. My special interest in ADHD has grown into a passionate commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.

I’m deeply compassionate, highly motivated, and genuinely love working with people. My greatest strength lies in building meaningful connections and understanding the unique needs of those I support.
